FAQ's

Do you collect wood or plasterboard from my house?

We operate 5 walking floor trailers which are great for colleting a high volume of pallets or waste wood. However if you have just a small volume of material we can arrange small skips at a very reasonable price. Give us a call or email and we will gladly help you.

Do you accept green waste?

Unfortunatley we do not accept green waste.

Is foil backed plasterboard ok?

Due to the processing and end user we use we are unable to accept foil backed plasterboard. Plasterboard must be free from any foreign contaminants.

Can I bring my waste direct to you?

You can bring your waste direct however if you are carrying waste you will need a waste carriers license and also a duty of care. If you are looking at a 1 off tip and its your own waste I would suggest using your civic amenity site. The wood waste will eventually arrive here.

I am a new customer what do I need to tip?

We can set a account up with you with the following details:

Please ensure you have a waste carriers license or who is bringing the waste to site holds a waste carriers license.

Also every time you tip with us you will need 2 completed duty of care notes. 1 held by yourself and 1 for us. All boxes must be completed prior to arrival on site.
